1. Theme for the Infographic of Idea Competition: Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases. Idea Competition is divided into 3 (three) categories. These categories are prevention, diagnostic/supporting tools, and treatment.

2. Each team consists of at least 3 persons (one of them is a student and 1 supervisor from their institution/university).

3. Each team member must first be registered as a participant in Public Lecture Webinar. Click here to register!

4. All infographic innovative ideas should be presented in the poster presentation format.

5. Participants are required to submit their POSTER before 5 August 2022, 12.00 PM (GMT+7).

6. The poster should be a clear visual representation of innovative ideas. The maximum poster size is 2 MB. The poster dimension is A3 and formatted in JPEG.

7. Text should be in ENGLISH only.

8. The content of the infographic should be proprietary and have not been used in any competition or other event. If plagiarism is found, the committee has the right to disqualify it.

9. Use both upper and lower cases letter for general content. Make sure there is enough contrast between the color of the text and the poster’s background.

10. Keep the text easy to read and concise.

11. We encourage participants to utilize colorful charts and graphics since they are the easiest to read. Explanatory illustrations should be used instead of text whenever possible.

12. Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in the poster.

13. The infographic poster submission should be accompanied by a brief text explanation and references of the design. The text explanation is limited to 350 words and formatted in PDF. Use Times New Roman size 12 for the text font.

14. When submitting a poster and text explanation, please use the following criteria:

         a. Soft file title of the poster and text explanation: Corresponding Name_Institution_Title of Innovative Idea_Poster/Text Explanation

         b. The content of Text Explanation consists of a list of authors, corresponding author (including phone number and email), affiliations, and

               the title of the innovative idea

15. Please proofread the poster before completing the submission. No revision is allowed after the poster has been submitted.

16. All the judges’ decision is final and cannot be contested.

17. All the participants should attend the Public Lecture and Winner Announcement.

18. The total prize is IDR 30.000,000 (approximately 2000 USD). All the tax and the transfer fee are paid by the winner. (1st IDR 5,000,000, 2nd IDR 3.000,000, 3rd IDR 2,000,000 (per category)). Prizes will be sent after the entire event is completed.
